Athenians passing by the junction of central Alexandras Avenue with Patission Street were surprised to see a fountain running with foam on Saturday. It was unclear what caused it to do so. A large group of mainly Afghan illegal refugees sleeping rough in the nearby Areos Park usually do their washing within the park grounds.
