Sports Minister Giorgos Orfanos prepares to talk in Parliament yesterday about an amendment to a draft sports law making the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO) solely responsible for the organization of domestic soccer. A translated version of the amendment was expected to be sent to FIFA later in the day in a bid to convince the international federation that the government will no longer interfere excessively in soccer.
