Transport Minister Michalis Liapis meets with Athens Mayor Nikitas Kaklamanis to discuss transportation issues and the expansion of the suburban railway.

- Employees at Emporiki Bank stage a four-hour work stoppage, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., opposing the merging of their auxiliary pension fund (TEAPETE) with the Unified Bank Employees Insurance Fund (ETAT). At 9.30 a.m., protesters will demonstrate outside the Eveldipon courthouse.
