Firefighters try...

PETROS GIANNAKOURIS/AP

Firefighters try to extinguish a burning car (above) at a Citroen car dealership on Alexandras Avenue in central Athens early yesterday. Some 50 youths threw firebombs at the building and a nearby Mercedes dealership, causing damage to more than 30 vehicles (below). No arrests or injuries were reported but more than 30 suspects were questioned. Police said they were linking the attacks with other incidents of vandalism which have occurred recently in support of rioters in France.
