Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis talks with Serbian President Boris Tadic at a Black Sea economic summit in Belgrade yesterday. Bakoyannis expressed frustration following reports that Washington had implied that the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) could join NATO irrespective of a name dispute with Greece.
