Flowers were placed yesterday on the grave of a soldier who was killed in Cyprus exactly 32 years ago when Turkish forces invaded the island. A number of Greek and Cypriot dignitaries as well as relatives of those killed attended a memorial service which was held to mark the occasion at the military cemetery in Nicosia.
