President Karolos Papoulias to host the annual reception in honor of the judiciary, the Athens Academy and university deans.

Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis to meet with Health Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos at 10 a.m. and Culture Minister Giorgos Voulgarakis at 11 a.m.

Labor Minister Savvas Tsitouridis to meet with the president of the employees’ union of the Athens-Piraeus electric railway (ISAP), Giorgos Gavrilis. At 3 p.m., he will meet with the president of the Panhellenic Association of the Blind, Ilias Margiolas.

Synaspismos Left Coalition President Alekos Alavanos holds a press conference to present his party’s proposals on the education system and the abolition of university entrance exams, at noon at the Athens Acropol Hotel.

Tuesday
