The gunboat Aititos, or Invincible, was launched at a ceremony at the Hellenic Shipyards at Skaramangas yesterday, after being christened by popular singer Maria Farandouri. The gunboat was the third to be launched in the past few months and another three are to follow within 2003. The shipyard is currently carrying out orders for the navy worth 3.2 billion euros, Defense Minister Yiannos Papantoniou said.
