A cell at the women's section of Korydallos Prison in western Athens is seen through bars on the door. Justice Minister Anastassis Papaligouras visited the prison on Christmas Day to speak with mothers who are raising their children in jail. 'All mothers and children in the world deserve to be treated equally,' Papaligouras said.
