Passengers wait to board...

PANTELIS SAITAS/ANA

Passengers wait to board a hydrofoil at the port of Piraeus yesterday. More than 60,000 passengers are estimated to have left Piraeus yesterday, headed to one of the country’s islands for their summer break. About 37 passenger ferries left Greece’s largest port during the course of the day for islands in the Aegean, Crete and the Dodecanese.
