Hospitals on swine flu alert order extra masks

Precautionary measures at hospitals, airports and borders have been boosted this week following the confirmation of the country’s third case of swine flu. Authorities in Cyprus yesterday were investigating a possible swine flu carrier, a student who returned from Edinburgh where two Greek students diagnosed with the virus had been based.
