Justice Minister Anastassis Papaligouras chats with inmates yesterday at a prison in Larissa, central Greece. The minister said that a new prison will start operating today in Trikala, northern Greece, that can house 400 inmates. The correctional facility will also be protected from helicopters being used in prisoner escape attempts, officials said.
