Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis met with Archbishop Christodoulos, the head of the Church of Greece, at his residence in Athens yesterday. The Archbishop, pictured offering a gift to Karamanlis, said after their meeting that religious issues as well as those relating to the Church of Greece are being handled by the government in a positive manner.
