Under-19s get draw and must beat England

The national under-19 soccer team grabbed its second point in two matches at the European Championship in the Czech Republic through a goalless draw with the hosts on Thursday.

The 0-0 result is a success for the boys of coach Alexis Alexiou as they played with one man less for the last half-hour after the dismissal of Sotiris Ninis for his second bookable offense in the 64th minute.

On Monday Greece had drawn 1-1 with Italy. In its last group game, Greece faces England tomorrow. A win will see the Greek youngsters through to the quarterfinals.
