A group of 25 suspected members of anti-establishment and anarchist groups are to face a Thessaloniki prosecutor between Wednesday and Saturday on a string of charges ranging from forming a criminal gang, to attempted manslaughter, causing grievous bodily harm and the possession of explosives.
The arrests followed a recent police sweep carried out in the northern port city. Officers did not link the suspects to any specific attacks or organizations.
