Pedophile named as Greek police collar another in Iraklio

Police on Thursday released the name and photograph of a 51-year-old man, Isidoros Markos, who faces charges of trading in child pornography.

The suspect was arrested early last month after a raid on his home in Acharnes, northwestern Athens, turned up a wealth of material featuring the sexual exploitation of children.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call 210.641.1111, 210.247.8020 or 210.247.8030.

In a related development, police in the Cretan port of Iraklio on Thursday arrested a 58-year-old man alleged to have sexually molested at least two boys, one aged 14 and the other 17.
