Suspect caught in Patra shooting

A 29-year-old man wanted for attempted murder was arrested in Patra, in the Peloponnese, on Wednesday.

According to police, the suspect allegedly fired four shots at a 36-year-old businessman in a Patra industrial zone on August 25. The 29-year-old had been recently released from prison. The victim was not injured in the attack.

A 28-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman charged with acting as accomplices in the attack were detained last month.
