The National Meteorological Service (EMY) warned of extreme weather conditions in parts of northern Greece Wednesday, where heavy rain and even hail is expected, accompanied by gale-force winds. Central and eastern Macedonia, Thrace and the islands of the northern Aegean are expected to experience the most severe conditions.
