Missing German tourists rescued in the Peloponnese [Update]
Two German tourists who had gone missing during a river trek in the Peloponnese on Tuesday afternoon were rescued by an EMAK team on Wednesday.
The tourists were reported missing in the Selinuntas River during a kayak excursion along with another four compatriots.
During the trek the kayak overturned and three of the men fell into the water, while the rest of the group managed to get back onboard and eventually seek help.
One of the tourists was located later on, while the other two were still missing by nightfall.
The Development Ministry announced on Friday that a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises have expressed interest in the European Union-funded program for their support.
