Another four Golden Dawn MPs to answer to crime charges on May 5
The two investigating magistrates heading a criminal investigation into Golden Dawn have summoned four MPs of the neofascist party to defend themselves on May 5 on charges of setting up a criminal organization.
The four MPs are Eleni Zaroulia, who is the wife of party leader Nikos Michaloliakos, Michalis Arvanitis-Avramis, Dimitris Koukoutsis and Nikos Kouzilos.
Parliament has already voted to lift the four MPs' immunity to prosecution.
Of the party's 16 MPs, 13 face charges of setting up a criminal organization and six of them, including Michaloliakos, are in pre-trial custody.
Parliament is to debate lifting the immunity of the remaining three MPs, in accordance with the magistrates' request, over the coming weeks.
