Police in Koropi, in eastern Attica, on Wednesday arrested a 30-year-old male over rape and robbery charges.
According to police reports, the man confessed to three rapes conducted in the area of Dionysos, in northern Athens.
The suspect allegedly used different vehicles to lure his victims as they waited at remote bus stops on days of public transport strikes. He offered to give them a ride, before driving to isolated areas where he allegedly raped and robbed them.
