Patra man charged with attempted murder of mother

A prosecutor in the western port city of Patra on Monday charged a 51-year-old local man with the attempted murder of his 84-year-old mother on Saturday.

The 51-year-old shot his elderly mother and injured her in the arm, although he did not provide any reasons for the attack.
