Greek unemployment rate reaches 27.8 pct in October

Greek unemployment increased to 27.8 percent in October from a revised 27.7 percent in September and 26.1 percent in October 2012, the country's statistics service (ELSTAT} said Thursday.

Youth unemployment was at 57.9 percent, data showed.
