Public Power Corporation SA, Greece’s biggest electricity producer, said on Friday that a 17 percent stake owned by the Greek state was transferred to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED), which is overseeing the country’s state asset sales program, the company said in an Athens bourse filing.
The transfer leaves the Greek state with a 34 percent stake in PPC, the Athens-based company said.
