Greece will sell 2 million spot European Union carbon permits for Phase 2 of the bloc’s emissions trading system in November, according to the Hellenic Exchanges Group.
The sales will take place on November 7, 14, 21 and 28, according to an e-mailed statement.
The country has sold 14.5 million permits since it began auctions in June 2011, according to sales data compiled by Bloomberg.
