The National Theater of Northern Greece will present Euripides’ tragedy “Orestes” at the Amphipolis Archaeological Park near Serres tonight. Directed by Slobodan Unkovski, the play stars Lydia Fotopoulou, Natalia Dragoumi and Lazaros Georgakopoulos.

‘Koutrouli’s Wedding’

The Theatriki Diadromi theater company will stage the comedy “Koutrouli’s Wedding” at the Ancient Theater of Dion tonight. Directed by Yiannis Kalantzopoulos, the production stars Pavlos Haikalis, Dimitris Mavropoulos and Katerina Mantziou. The play will next be staged at the Frynichos Theater in Delphi on August 22.

Photographs of early 20th-century Greece by amateur portrait photographer Panayiotis Fatseas, from the collection of Yiannis Stathatos, are on display at the Kythera Cultural Association exhibition center in the island’s Hora. The exhibition will run to August 20.
