Garden State

Romantic comedy drama directed by and starring Zach Braff, along with Ian Holm, Peter Sarsgaard and Alex Burns. A moderately successful TV actor in LA returns home after a long absence for his mother’s funeral and discovers that all the people he has left behind are quite remarkable in their own way.

Salome

Drama directed by Carlos Saura, starring Aida Gomez, Pere Arquillue, Paco Mora, Carmen Villena and Javier Toca. Flamenco, theater, cinema and documentary blend to bring to the screen the biblical story of Salome, John the Baptist and Herod. (In Spanish)

Drama romance directed by Vicente Aranda, starring Paz Vega, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Antonio Dechent and Joan Crosas. Based on Prosper Merimee’s novel of 1846, this is the story of the tragic heroine as being related to the writer himself by Jose. (In Spanish)
