EDA ON EOKA: An announcement by the United Democratic Left (EDA) calls EOKA's ceasefire declaration proof of a plan to betray the Cypriot cause. WEST GERMANY-KPD: Paris, 18 - The European press, commenting on the West German Communist Party being outlawed, said the move had long been expected. The West Berlin press believe that the Adenauer government is making a political mistake.
