The city’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry is hosting ‘Terres d’ Eau,’ a gastronomic ‘alliance’ of Greece, Italy and France based on rice dishes, at Pavilion 12. Three chefs simultaneously prepare dishes from each country for the visitors. The event, part of the EU Interreg program, aims at the tourist promotion of the three rice-growing areas of Thessaloniki, Novara-Vercelli (Italy) and Camargue (France).
