Violating confidentiality
In a democracy, there is no institution more deserving of protection than justice - except in Greece. A prime example is the way in which lawyers and the media violate the confidentiality of the judicial procedure. We have come to take for granted the fact that court evidence is made public by the defense attorneys without any reaction from the bar association or the prosecutor.
COMMENTARY
