One problem for every solution
While Athens drowns in a sea of garbage that poses a health hazard to its residents, POE-OTA, the union that represents municipal workers, including garbage men, is holding a sit-in demonstration at Athens City Hall. Its demand that the municipal council condemn the operation in Elaionas of a relay station where garbage is collected has demonstrated that the unionists have one problem for every solution - even if that solution concerns the health of millions of people.
