An autopsy is expected to cast some light on the death of a woman in her eighth month of pregnancy at a hospital on Crete on Tuesday. Two people found with 350 kilos of hashish were arrested near Ioannina in northwestern Greece early yesterday following a chase by police during which an officer was slightly injured. Three cars failed to stop at a roadblock, prompting police to give chase. Another two suspects escaped on foot.
