Greek industrial production dips 5.2 pct in October, year-on-year
Greece’s Industrial Production Index posted a decline of 5.2 percent in October compared to the same period last year, the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) said on Tuesday, negatively comparing to the 3.9 percent rise that was posted in the same period between 2011 and 2012.
According to ELSTAT, the average index for the January-October 2013 period slipped 3.8 percent compared to the same period in 2012, showing a slightly larger decline than the 3.6 percent posted in the January-October period between 2011 and 2012.
