Theodoros Skylakakis, the head of pro-business party Drasi, announced on Monday that he will be supporting centrist To Potami in the upcoming general elections.
Skylakakis, formerly an MEP, gave a joint press conference with To Potami leader Stavros Theodorakis in which he called for Drasi members to stand with the fledgling party.
“It is a big day for Drasi,” said Skylakakis.
“We are supporting To Potami and we encourage our members to join the party’s candidate lists.”
The Drasi leader described To Potami as the most pro-reform party in Greece.
