Firefighters battling blaze on Chios
Firefighters are trying to extinguish a wildfire in Vaviloi village, on the island of Chios, in the eastern Aegean.
It is believed that the fire was caused by migrants from the nearby VIAL camp burning garbage in the area.
Gusty winds quickly fanned the flames and firefighters have not yet been able to establish effective containment lines.
