Stop being put to scooter anarchy

A Transport Ministry draft law seeks to impose some order on the use of scooters on Greece’s streets, setting a speed limit of 25 kilometers per hour, prohibiting them from highways and making helmets mandatory. Moreover, only slower scooters will be allowed to share space with pedestrians, while faster ones will have to stick to the road. Stiff fines are also being introduced for violations. [InTime News]
