Actor Billy Zane hopes to return to Greek roots for his wedding
Greek-American actor Billy Zane has revealed he wants to marry his partner Candice Neil in Greece.
Zane, whose father is from Mani in the Peloponnese and was originally called Zanetakos, told British newspaper The Mail on Sunday that he would like to tie the knot with his fashion model girlfriend on a Greek island.
“I will definitely get married this year,” he said. “We are hoping to get married in Greece as I am Greek and I have always wanted to get married there. We might have a beach wedding.”
Zane’s mother is from the island of Chios.
