Award for Lydia Karra’s new film ‘Voice of the Aegean’

Another European prize it gives us much pleasure to announce is for the film «Voice of the Aegean,» directed by Lydia Karra, produced by the director, the Greek Cinema Center and ERT, and awarded at the European Heritage Film Festival 2005. Named best film on the natural environment, «Voice of the Aegean» will begin weekend screenings at the Danaos cinema today. Karra has filmed a hymn to the Greek Aegean. Let us hear what the archipelago has to say to us, with Karra’s images accompanied by a score by Evanthia Reboutsika, with recitations by Lefteris Voyatzis and narration by Pemy Zouni.
