The Technopolis cultural complex welcomes the world of antiques this week, as the «Antique Traders in Gazi» fair opens its doors on Thursday, running to May 22. In collaboration with the Municipality of Athens, a number of top Greek antique dealers are presenting a wide range of items at the center’s Constantine Cavafy Hall. Organizers hope that this year’s turnout will surpass last year’s 10,000 visitors. An outdoor bazaar will also be organized, featuring a variety of collectors’ items, while at the Fournos area an «art de la table» display will showcase the antique dealers’ approach to living and entertaining. Whether inside or outside, the fair will bring together Greek and foreign objects at various price levels. Participating in the upcoming events are the following established antique professionals: Apostolos Argyriadis, Petros Vergos, Angelos Vlastaris, Antiqua (A. & E.I. Giannoukou), Zachariadis Ioannis Restoration, Zoumboulakis Galleries, Anait and Rupen Kalfayan, Andreas Krokos, Victoriana Antiquities (A. Lambrou), Martinos, Cats & Marbles, Michalarias Art, A.M.
