Spanish national day with flavors of Valencia
Spain’s national day was celebrated on Wednesday, October 11 at a reception at the home of Spanish Ambassador Juan Ramon Martinez Salazar and Mrs Martinez Salazar with a focus on the prefecture of Valencia and its products. Visitors had the opportunity to taste wonderful regional food and drink, including the traditional fruit juice horchata de chufa and red and white wines of Villar del Arzobispo and the sweet mistela wine from Chiva.
