New books by big names
When a surgeon is accused of taking bribes, his life is turned upside-down. Telemachos Kotsias’s latest novel, «Tekmirion athootitas» (Proof of Innocence), is set in a world of ruthless Greek lawyers, Albanian criminals, crafty provincials and vengeful lovers. Kedros is launching the book on May 13, at 8 p.m. Poet and critic Costas Papageorgiou and writer Gazmend Kapllani will present the novel and actress Despina Sarafeiou will read extracts.
