Album of precious memories published by Greek Literary and Historical Archive to celebrate 75th anniversary of Hellenic Riding Club
This coming Monday evening the Hellenic Riding Club (EIO) is to mark its 75th anniversary with the presentation of an album published by the Greek Literary and Historical Archive, filled with photographs of competitions and award presentations at the club facilities in Paradeissos and abroad. Board chairperson Lena Levidi, now an international judge in the International Equestrian Federation, has written a foreword to the book. Speaking at Monday night’s launch of the book will be historian Dimitris Baharas, Freddy Serpieris, a former national champion and honorary vice president of the International Equestrian Federation and vice chairman of the EIO board, Isidoros Kouvelos, vice president of the Hellenic Olympic Committee and president of the Hellenic Equestrian Federation, and athlete Myrna Tzaka.
