The Witches of Eastwick In this adaptation of a John Updike novel, three bored New England housewives manage to summon up the devil. He promptly moves into the mansion across the street and turns out to be everything they, and the rest of the town, ever desired. When she finds out she’s pregnant, again, she goes off to have yet another termination, and finds herself being used as a pawn by both sides of the abortion wars.
