Sunday’s Kathimerini to enjoy good company

A special announcement was made on Monday at Aigli in the Zappeion that the Sunday issue of Kathimerini has been enriched by some special combinations. On the third Sunday of each month Kathimerini will come out with the Greek edition of the distinguished fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar, from Attica Press, and on the last Sunday of every month with Maison et Decoration magazine. These periodicals will no longer be on sale separately, but will be published with the Greek edition of Kathimerini. Also present at Aigli, in the Zappeion, was Kathimerini’s publisher, Aristeidis Alafouzos, with senior Kathimerini management; Attica Press general manager Eleana Kyrkili; chief editor of Maison et Decoration Agapi Tsakpinoglou; Giorgos Tsiros, editor of View magazine, which comes out with Kathimerini every first Sunday; and designer Yiannis Tseklenis. Soccer pools organization OPAP was another victim of the State’s privatization plans, tumbling 6.31 percent to 7.72 euros after the government said it will sell more off next month.
