Photographic dialogue brings together local and international artists in ‘Face to Faces’

Stretching the limits of photography, 12 Greek photographers observe different facets of reality and give new identity and content to «Face to Faces,» a globe-trotting exhibition. Incorporated in the original body, the images are hosted within the framework of the 2nd Thessaloniki Biennale at the Thessaloniki Museum of Photography (Warehouse 1, Old Port, tel 2310.566.716) until September 20. Traveling around the world, the show is enriched through the works of local artists. The exhibition, which originated in Paris, includes works by 14 artists, all stemming from different countries, including Nan Goldin, Suzanne Lafont, Dominik Lejman, Francois Rousseau and Kimiko Yoshida. Participating in the Thessaloniki leg of the show are Manolis Baboussis, Venia Bechraki, Athina Chroni, Christina Dimitriadis, Pavlos Fysakis, Georgios Katsaggelos, Panos Kokkinias, Evangelia Kranioti, Eleni Maligoura, Eleni Mouzakiti, Lia Nalbantidou and George Prinos. www.thessalonikibiennale.gr
