Head of State Mays is an alderman in Washington DC and things are not looking too good work-wise. But when the Democratic Party candidate suddenly dies shortly before the elections, he is chosen as his replacement. Surrounded by an unlikely team, including his ex-girlfriend and a doubtful adviser, can Mays rise to the occasion?
