‘Nine’ Extension | Athens | To January 17
The Pantheon Theater is staging “Nine,” a musical based on Federico Fellini’s “8 1/2” whose run at the Athens venue has been extended to January 17. Written by Arthur Kopit and featuring music by Maury Yeston, the musical tells the story of a director facing a midlife crisis as he turns 40. The cast is led by Vassilis Charalambopoulos, Maro Kontou, Katerina Lechou, Nadia Boule, Agoritsa Economou, Elena Paparizou, Katerina Papoutsaki and Tania Trypi. Tickets range from 15 to 45 euros, with a special price of 20 euros on Thursdays (15 euros for students). Tickets are on sale at the theater’s box office and Germanos outlets.
