Celebrating Cinema | Athens | February 2
In association with the Hellenic Film Academy, the Onassis Cultural Center welcomes Thierry Fremaux, general director of the Cannes Film Festival, on Tuesday, February 2. On the night, Fremaux will present the Lumieres Brothers’ restored first films, marking cinema’s 120th anniversary last year. Greek director Panos Koutras will also take part in the presentation. Admission costs 15 euros (10 euros reduced and 5 euros for the unemployed). Starts at 8.30 p.m.
