The Athens Concert Hall presents a live broadcast of Giacomo Puccini’s “Madama Butterfly” from New York’s Metropolitan Opera on Saturday, April 2. The production is directed by Anthony Minghella and Carolyn Choa and features a cast led by Kristine Opolais (Cio Cio-san), Roberto Alagna (Pinkerton), Maria Zifchak (Suzuki) and Dwayne Croft (Sharpless). The Metropolitan Opera Orchestra is led by Karel Mark Chichon. With Greek subtitles. The broadcast starts at 7.55 p.m. Admission is 25 euros (20 euros for students).
