Soprano Marimel Chrissi and mezzo soprano Lilian Tsatsaroni will perform Giovanni Battista Pergolesi’s “Stabat Mater” at the Idiomelo cultural center in Athens on Wednesday, April 27. The soloists will be accompanied by pianist Dimitra Kakaki, while Manolis Giourgos and Georgia Deligiannopoulou will read excerpts from “Ascesis: The Saviors of God,” penned by Nikos Kazantzakis. Starts at 8.30 p.m. and admission costs 10 euros, including a glass of wine.
